The Service converts PDF documents you upload into Markdown text. Conversion quality depends on the structure and quality of the source PDF; we provide the output on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee perfect fidelity for every document.
2. Pricing & payment
- Per document: . One payment converts one document.
- Unlimited monthly: , billed monthly and recurring until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
3. Refunds
Because each conversion consumes compute the moment it runs, per-document purchases are generally non-refundable once a conversion has been performed. If the Service fails to deliver a usable result due to a fault on our side, contact us at and we will make it right, typically with a re-run or a refund at our discretion. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time to stop future charges.
4. Your content & acceptable use
- You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the Markdown you receive. We claim no ownership of your content.
- You confirm you have the right to upload and convert each document, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass payment, overload the system, upload malware, or process unlawful content.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing law
